The Dream My Ferrari Got THE BOOT!!!

The Dream got his gorgeous red Ferrari accessorized ... with a snappy yellow contraption.

The car was booted at the Colony Square Mall in Atlanta Monday  ... it appear he had unpaid tickets and under the law in the ATL, 3 or more delinquent citations will get you das boot.

The Dream doesn't seem to mind much ... he laughs it off. He got on the phone,  paid the tickets and a friendly parking authority officer came by to remove the clamp.
