Mwanzilishi wa mtandao wa Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg jana
ametangaza kuwa ataitoa asilimia 99 ya share zake katika mtandao huo
wenye thamani ya dola bilioni 45 kwa maskini na mahitaji muhimu ya
binadamu.
Mwenyekiti huyo mtendaji wa Facebook alitangaza hatua hiyo kwenye barua kwa binti yake aliyezaliwa wiki hii, Max.
Zuckerberg na mke wake Priscilla Chan, walianzisha taasisi ya Chan Zuckerberg Initiative kwaajili ya kusaidia elimu, kutibu maradhi na kuunganisha watu. Katika maamuzi yake hayo, Zuckerberg atakuwa akitoa si zaidi ya dola bilioni moja kila mwaka kwa kazi hiyo.

Today your mother and I are committing to spend our lives doing our small part to help solve these challenges.
