Justin has been charged with dangerous driving and assault after
an ATV crash in Canada on Aug. 29. The worst part is, his arrest is a
violation of his probation and it could land him jail for up to one
year, criminal attorney Hart Levin explains to HollywoodLife.com
EXCLUSIVELY.
Oh no! Justin Bieber,
20, could end up behind bars after he was shockingly arrested following
a collision between an ATV and a minivan in Perth County, Ontario on
Aug. 29. We spoke exclusively with criminal attorney Hart Levin, who predicts that the district attorney “probably will proceed against” Justin!
Justin Bieber’s Jail Time For ATV Arrest: Biebs Could Face One Year
Justin, who is still on probation after an egging incident in Los Angeles in January 2014, could be in serious trouble this time, Hart explains to HollywoodLife.com exclusively.
“Getting arrested in Canada is definitely violating the probation, so
they can arrest him, notify his attorney of the pending violation, or
send a letter notification of a pending court date. Most likely Justin’s
attorney will reach out to the DA preemptively to prevent an arrest,”
Hart says. “And it is all up to the district attorney if they are going
to proceed on the violation. They probably will proceed against him.”
